Purpose: This presentation discusses current strategies for managing relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. Update are provided on appropriate chemotherapy regimens for relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, including new options of treatment for this disease. The presentation also reviews factors influencing treatment, including when treatment should be initiated and discontinued. Learning Outcomes: -Determine when to start treatment in the context of relapsed multiple myeloma. -Identify appropriate chemotherapy regimens for relapsed multiple myeloma. -Understand new drugs in clinical trial for relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
